In conclusion, CO2 + 4H2 → CH4 + 2H2O.

We could not verify equations (5) and (7) which have H2O in the RHS because the structure of the cofactors are not found in the paper. The structure of cofactor MF alone is given in the paper. In the absence of the structure of the cofactors formyl_MF, 5_formyl_H4MPT, and 5,10_methenyl_H4MPT+ we are forced to believe in the correctness of the model.
